How do I enter a piece into Quilt Festival?

You may now enter online! Complete rules can be found here. Online Call For Entries form.You may also print out the documents and mail in your entry with your images on a CD. If you have any questions about entry, please send an email to QuiltFestivalChair@gmail.com

Who are the 2012 Quilt Festival Workshop Instructors?

The Workshop Instructors in 2012 include:  Robin Atkins, Thom Atkins, Joe Cunningham, Sharon Peterson, Elly Sienkiewicz, and Jane Townswick. Information & Instructor bios are posted on their Workshop pages. We are offering full-day classes (9:00 – 3:30) and two half-day workshops on Sunday.

How do I register for Workshop classes at the 2012 Quilt Festival?

Registration is open online, except for the Elly Sienkiewicz workshops.  Please call the Museum to order at (360) 466-4288. Click here for a printable Workshop Flyer pdf. You may send in your workshop registration, stop in and talk to any staff member, or call the Museum at (360) 466-4288 to reserve your workshop.

How do I receive a 10% discount?

Members of the La Conner Quilt & Textile Museum receive a 10% discount on Quilt Festival Workshops. You will be able to register online and receive your discount. All registrations will be checked by staff for current membership. Not a Member? You may join online through our website. This will require a separate transaction.

Workshop Cancellation Policy

Students making cancellations on or before August 19 will receive a full refund less a $10 processing fee. After August 19, a full refund less a $10 processing fee will only be made if a replacement is found. In the unlikely event that the Workshop or Event must be cancelled, students will receive a full refund.

Where is my workshop being held?

Most 2012 Quilt Festival Workshops and Events are being held within walking distance of the La Conner Quilt & Museum. Class registrants will receive a map of workshops locations prior to event.

How do I order a lunch during Workshops?

You may order a lunch on the registration form. Online:  Select your workshop online, then scroll down and select your lunch. Please call the Museum at 360-466-4288 for help.

Where should I stay in the La Conner area?

Where should we park?

If street parking is full, La Conner also has a large and convenient public parking lot just one block south of the Museum (1/2 block east of Maple Hall).  All day parking is only $3.
