The La Conner Quilt & Textile Museum mounts exhibits that broadly include functional and decorative objects inthe “textile arts” category (i.e., made of material with interlaced fibers), which includes: Â sewing, weaving, spinning, quilting, piecing, patchwork, applique, needlework, embroidery, crochet, knitting, lace-making, felt-making, rug-hooking, knotting, tying, tufting, braiding, beading & related embellishments, as well as other methods and techniques as the Museum considers appropriate.
